Took good care of My pup have him 2 baths and even told me what I needed to do to get his skin not so dry again. I'll be coming back again.
Half-shaved our small dog before the groomer told me she would have reported my wife and I if we brought our dog in with hair in worse shape. It was matted, but not so much a shave wasn't possible.
She did a great job with my doberman! He didn't want to leave lol. Was a very easy good experience.
Updated 3/28/16: Went by today, she again worked my guy in because of my crazy schedule! Same as last time here, service was excellent, my big guy came out gorgeous! If the floor was a mess it's due to all the hair she got off my dog! A groomer who doesn't leave a pile of hair when they de-shed isn't doing their job!
